Earring Care: These earrings are made with wood and hard curing resin, so they handle moisture exposure well. But they should not be cleaned with any alcohol, earring cleansers, or "Ear Piercing Solutions." These solutions can contain chemicals that degrade the resin and adhesive, causing the posts to come off (rubbing alcohol or cleansing wipes should only be used to clean the stainless steel metal posts that will enter the ear). They should not be submerged in water for long periods of time. If the earrings need to be cleaned, we recommend wiping with a damp cloth.
